The Amazing Lucas, is an American YouTube Right leaning moderate commentator[1] who goes over recent events in the political[2] and gaming world while wearing his signature cap.

Content[]

Lucas makes commentary videos about trending topics in the news. Initially he identified as a conservative, but distanced himself from it post-Trump. Currently Luca's political content focuses on republican short comings. While critiquing conservative culture. Going as far to label conservatives as white supremacist. Commonly Luca's video thumbnails show a surprised, happy, or confused look on his face with a picture related to the video behind him.

Apart from his commentary videos Lucas also does frequent live streams[3] where he plays a video game of his viewers' choice or allows views to call him if they disagree with his political notions (Disagreement Day). Disagreement Day is 3 days a week and starts around 7pm CST, gaming streams start once Disagreement Day ends. His Disagreement Day footage is only available to channel members after the stream ends.

He is admired by his audience for his honest and comedic analysis of current events and criticism of the American Republican and Democratic parties. However, his lack political loyalty has made it hard for him to gain subscribers and made him that target of hate from both sides of the isle. Lucas's commentary on political issues is derogatory, "pulls no punches", and is not for people who are easily offended. However, Lucas welcomes anyone who disagrees with him to call him on Disagreement Day.

Collaborations[]

Hunter Avallone and Lucas would do a livestream together, noting the similar circumstances regarding the decline in their Youtube channels and political shifts.
