Theodore "Theo" Baker (born: March 31, 1996 (1996-03-31)), is an English YouTuber known for his football videos and vlogs.

Early life

Theo Baker was born on March 31, 1996. He is from Eastbourne, England. When he was 2, Theo won a Boots Baby of the Year competition.

Between 2012 and 2015, Theo worked for McDonald's, which preceded a four-year stint at Bournemouth University up until 2019.

Career

On December 29, 2014, Theo started a YouTube channel, and introduced himself in a “Welcome to my channel” video at the beginning of 2015. Theo has played for Newhaven, Seaford, and Crystal Palace’s development team.

His every video is related to football. On August 1, 2017, Theo competed in a boxing match against Joe Weller at Underground Gym in East Sussex. Weller was declared the winner. Theo had a podcast with Weller and Luke Martin called Wafflin.

In 2021, Theo started a Football podcast called Pitch Side with REEV and Tom Garrett.

On May 31, 2022, Theo hit one million subscribers on his main channel. He has created his third YouTube channel under ‘Theo Baker Extra’ where he uploads vlogs and football challenges. He joined it on September 23, 2022. He has gained quite an impressive number of subscribers on his third channel.

Wafflin

On May 27, 2019, Theo and Joe Weller started a podcast called Wafflin. In 2020, Luke Martin joined the podcast. Wafflin was later updated in 2022. In 2024, it was announced that Wafflin would be under The Fellas Studios.

Pitch Side and Back Side

In September 2021, Theo and REEV started a football podcast under The Fellas Studios called Pitch Side, later Tom Garratt joined them as their third host. In August 2024, the trio along with Lewis Bowden started a podcast called Back Side.

Sidemen Charity Match

On September 24, 2022, Theo participated in the 2022 Sidemen Charity football match, playing for YouTube Allstars with the number 14 alongside with his friends ChrisMD, WillNE and AnEsonGib. Sidemen FC went on to defeat YouTube Allstars 8-7, raising over £1m for charity in a fifteen goal thriller. Theo scored one goal in the match, his received a total match rating of 7.4.

On September 9, 2023, Theo participated in the next year charity football match, as the captain for the YouTube Allstars. Sidemen FC went on to defeat YouTube Allstars 8-5. Theo suffered an injury in the first half of the game and had to be taken to hospital, his received a total match rating of 5.70.

Harry & Theo Go Golfing

In September 2023, Theo and W2S started a golfing YouTube channel called 'Harry & Theo Go Golfing', when they play golf against YouTubers such as REEV and ChrisMD. They uploaded their first video on December 3, 2023 titled "W2S vs THEO - OUR FIRST VIDEO EVER!!".

Personal life

Theo started dating Janine Curcher on Valentine's Day 2014. The two later split.

In February 2022, Theo posted a video to his YouTube, surprising girlfriend Jodie Hopcroft with a trip to Dubai.
