Richard Burgess^{[citation needed]}, better known online as Vegan Gains, is Antiguan-Canadian YouTuber who shows off fitness routines, his vegan diet, and sometimes participates in debates with other YouTubers on his channel and other channels. Sometimes there is talks with other vegans on topics relating to veganism, and there are livestreams on topics related to the channel such as questions and answers along with debates.

Controversies

Criticism of people with cancer

Richard has been known to criticize people with cancer. He bullied a child with cancer, and he even said Furious Pete deserved to die from it.

Feud with Penguinz0

When Penguinz0 made a video criticising mukbang YouTubers who tortured animals alive, Richard made a response video calling out Charlie for his hypocrisy as he was a meat eater. Charlie responded but Vegan Gains called him a hypocrite. After that, Charlie made one final response.

Children

In his video "Happily Married Without Children" where Richard discussed his childfree stance with his wife Jasmin, Richard expressed how much he disliked children, even saying he wanted to "smash [babies] to a pulp on a pavement".
