Vogue is an American fashion magazine founded on December 17, 1892, by Arthur Baldwin Turnure.

History[]

Turnure, an American businessman, founded Vogue as a weekly newspaper, with the first issue releasing on its founding date. It was too concerned with fashion, usually having coverage of sports, social affairs, and more, typically aiming towards male readership. Condé Montrose Nast had purchased Vogue in 1909 and gradually grew its publication. During the Great Depression and World War I, the number of subscriptions the magazine had surged. Many people were hired as editors or editors-in-chief. Some had controversy with others, while some were also notable.

Channel[]

The channel was created on June 29, 2008, and the first video was uploaded on January 17, 2012. Makeup tutorials and fashion-related videos are usually uploaded to the channel. Earlier videos were mostly models walking on runways with many outfits.
