Alvin Lamar Worthy[1] (born: July 27, 1982),[3] better known professionally as Westside Gunn, is an American[2] rapper known for his music.
Career[]
Worthy released his first mixtape in 2005, titled Flyest Nig@@ in Charge, Vol. 1, however his career was derailed by continuous arrests.[4] Worthy did not release any music since then, however, in 2012, he co-founded the Griselda Records label with rapper Mach-Hommy and his paternal half-brother Conway the Machine. In 2017, Griselda Records signed a deal with Eminem's Shady Records[5]
In 2016, Worthy released his debut album Flygod.[6] His sophomore album, Supreme Blientele, followed in 2018.[7]
His most recent album, And Then You Pray for Me, released in 2023.[8]

Worthy created his channel on February 13, 2017, and he uploaded his first video on May 12, 2020.[9] He uploads music videos and audio to his channel.
