Matthew Mahan (born: July 10, 2006), better known online as WaffleTrades (formerly ItsMatthewMahan), is an American gaming YouTuber who is primarily focused on the gaming platform Roblox and its economy. He paved a reputation as one of the most reliable YouTubers who cover the Roblox economy and gained a significant following doing such. Along with this, he is among, if not, the most prominent YouTuber when it comes to UGCs on the platform, running streams on such frequently, especially on weekends.
Bans & The Sharking Incident[]
On February 10th, 2023, a video was uploaded to his YouTube channel titled "My Roblox Account Got Banned..." in which he showcases how his account was banned for 3 days for "facilitating account theft by receiving and/or moving stolen items.". A week and a half later, on February 21st, 2023, he uploaded a video titled "I Got Banned Again..." in which he explained he was falsely banned for 14 days from the Discord server of the most popular Roblox trading site Rolimons after he was accused of Sharking (the act of promising someone a trade so that they don't trade for a third party's item, but then not following through and keeping the profit of the other trade. It can also be considered as convincing someone that an item is worth much higher or lower than it actually is.) The video, which was just over 19 minutes long, debunks the allegations by showing the DM's of him and the person he allegedly sharked out of the item, along with the DM's of the other person that traded him the item that started the whole thing. It pretty much boils down to the other guy not getting the item, and falsely reporting Waffle. While the ban was never lifted, it eventually expired and there was no further issues involving it or the situation.

- WaffleTrades has uploaded many limited UGCs on Roblox: the two uploaded not in his group are the WaffleShades and WafflePhones, along with one normal item, the Waffle Warrior. The rest can be found in his group, Waffle's UGC.
- His top donator has donated a total of 3,000 Dollars to him. He later got exposed for scamming.
- Waffle has a younger sister named Maddie.
- He lives in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- On July 27, 2023, he created a Roblox alt acc named chickendividergamer1.
- On August 7, 2023, he got a 7 day ban on Roblox for directing users off-platform. The offensive item is his bio. It says "User Profile About: Influencer. Roblox Trader. UGC Creator". After that shows a link to his Roblox group. Alleged reporters include Kxa11YT, Cheerios_Destroyer, Jaxon123507, Brandon20076.
- Waffle was able to pay for his first car in cash as a result of the money he made from YouTube.
