The name "Wikitubia" refers to the entire content of the wiki as a whole, excluding staff members, editors, and readers, independent of Fandom. The words "we", "us", and "our" only refers to the current acting staff members of Wikitubia, and does not pertain to the general users and editors within Wikitubia.

As we strive for the gathering, documentation, and aggregation of factual and valid data into a curated encyclopedic repository, there are notices, disclaimers, and waivers that we are obligated to disclose to maintain our integrity and safety.

Content liability

ARTICLE CONTENT, TEXTUAL, VISUAL, AND AUDITORY MEDIA WITHIN WIKITUBIA ARE FREELY AND ENTIRELY USER CONTRIBUTED

We are not liable for the inclusion, addition, exclusion, and omission of any sort of content within Wikitubia.

At times, objectionable, contentious, discomforting, or otherwise negative but factual content or information may be documented within Wikitubia. As long as these are acceptable according to our Manual of Style, abiding by our rules, and is valid according to our Facts Policy, these are permitted to remain in our wiki and on our article content as long as these information remain conforming to the former guidelines.

We try to uphold a standard of factuality and responsibility within Wikitubia as dictated in our Facts Policy, however, some form of nonfactual, or otherwise untrue information, may have been written, uploaded, or referenced to and in the wiki without being properly challenged and tested in accordance to our Facts Policy. We try to amend, or remove these nonfactual information from our articles to prevent misinformation, spread of libel, and to comply with Fandom's policies regarding the documentation of real life individuals. We also attempt to curb and prevent further inclusion and addition of said content by using preventative measures such as blocking the user accounts associated with the aforementioned actions, preventing said accounts from contributing to Wikitubia in accordance to our Block rules.

Some examples of commonly taken down content are:

  • Libel.
  • Misinformation (whether it is satirical or serious, unharmful or harmful, intentional or unintentional, with or without malice).
  • Personally-identifiable information (PII) or private information.

Wikitubia accepts content and article takedown/removals of any kind, no questions asked, as long as the associated individuals, parties, or organizations that wishes to remove said content can verify their personal legitimacy (for individuals) or ownership of content (for groups of people). We will then prevent the re-addition of said content or article to Wikitubia indefinitely.
