Icons

Icons are the little images you see at the top-right corner of pages, which are page status indicators at their core. They give readers a quick summary of the channel's background and stats. The {{Icons}} template must be placed at the topmost of every page in the mainspace.

Order

Icons will be ordered according to the following list, regardless of the order in which they are added to the template. Icons of a particular group will be alphabetically ordered. The section below lists all the icons that can be used on a page, with their input value in italics.

Permitted icons

   • Award (Wikitubia Awards winner)
   • HallofFame (Hall of Fame members)
   • Interview (was featured in a wiki interview)
   • Featured (was featured on the main page)
2. Wiki (uses content from Wikipedia)
3. Subscriber milestones
   • 1 (One million subscribers)
   • 5 (Five million subscribers)
   • 10 (Ten million subscribers)
   • 20 (Twenty million subscribers)
   • 50 (Fifty million subscribers)
   • 100 (One hundred million subscribers)
   • 200 (Two hundred million subscribers)
4. Total video view milestones
   • Billion (One billion video views)
   • TenBillion (Ten billion video views)
5. Genre
   • Animator
   • Anime
   • Artist
   • ASMR
   • Beauty
   • Comedy
   • Commentary
   • Cooking
   • Educational
   • Film
   • Gaming
   • Meme
   • Musician
   • News
   • Prankster

6. Nationality (demonym of the country)
   • For British YouTubers, add the constituent country of the United Kingdom (i.e., English, Scottish, Welsh or NorthernIrish) where the YouTuber resides. British as an icon and category should only be used when the YouTuber has not disclosed anything further than them being from the United Kingdom.
   • You can view the source of the icon template and search to find out the demonym used for a particular region.

9. Current status
   • Deceased
   • Terminated
10. YouTuber
11. Verified

It also automatically prepends an icon showing the current protection level on a page, if there is any.

Categories

Categories are a way to sort similar pages together. A list of all the categories on this wiki is available at Special:Categories. You can add categories to a page using the menu at the bottom of the article content. They should be added in the following order:

   • Only add the countries or territories where the YouTuber currently has citizenship, not necessarily where they reside or where they were born.
   • For British YouTubers, it will follow the same convention as icons.

   • One million subscribers to Five million subscribers
   • Ten million subscribers all the way up to Two Hundred million subscribers at intervals of five million.
