Kris, better known online as ZedaphPlays, or simply Zedaph and Zed, (born 1992) is an English YouTuber who uploads gaming videos of himself playing on the Hermitcraft Minecraft server. He is part of a joint channel called Kris and Jack where he posts real-life content such as skits, as well as a podcast called A World Without.

On his channel, he plays Minecraft a bit differently - in the sense that he enjoys making weird and wacky contraptions and getting up to strange shenanigans. These can be highlighted easily in his Hermitcraft series, as well as his other series like Create Mod SMP.
He is part of Team ZITS with ImpulseSV, Tango Tek, and MCSkizzleman.
Season 5[]
ZedaphPlays joined the server in the 1.11 Exploration Update, though they later updated to version 1.12. This season consisted of 59 episodes, the first being released on 13 March 2017 and the final episode on 13 July 2018.
Season 6[]
This was ZedaphPlays' 2nd season in the 1.13 Aquatic update, though they later updated to 1.14. This season consists of 43 episodes, the first being released on 19 July 2018 and the final episode on 25 February 2020.
ZedaphPlays decided in this season to be a true Hermit, and not have any one base, instead choosing to have several dotted around the server. These bases include: His Desert Pyramid, his Iceberg Base and The Woo-Den.
Season 7[]
This was ZedaphPlays' 3rd season, beginning on 28 February 2020, and ending on 29th April 2021. This season began in the 1.15 update, though they later updated to the 1.16 Nether update.
Season 8[]
This is ZedaphPlays' 4th and 2nd most recent season, beginning on June 16, 2021, to December 19, 2021.
ZedaphPlays started the season with a passionate pursuit for science, building his lab and facilities around it. The lab featured a hypnotic nether entrance with a rotating tunnel, a villager tower that automates the life of villagers in several floors from birth to skill mastery. In addition, true to his vision, the lab houses several experiments and contraptions.
Season 9[]
This is ZedaphPlays' 5th and most recent season, beginning on March 5, 2022.
In this season, ZedaphPlays sets the goal to achieve Zedvancements, which are custom advancements determined by himself and his community (see the page for a detailed list). The Zedvancements are reflective of ZedaphPlays' style, and frequently lead to collaborations with several different Hermits. Each also comes with a custom trophy.
